Once we receive your intake information, we will verify your insurance benefits and obtain any required authorizations. A BCBA will then complete an assessment and develop an individualized treatment plan for your child.

• Insurance card(s)
• Autism diagnosis report
• Intake paperwork
• Additional documents requested by your insurance provider

• Packed lunch and snacks (unless otherwise arranged)
• Diapers and wipes (if applicable)
• Extra change of clothes
• Any required medication with completed authorization forms

Parents/guardians should arrive on time for drop-off and pick-up. Parents must remain reachable by phone during service hours and notify the clinic if someone other than an authorized guardian will be picking up their child.

Children should remain home if they have:

• A fever within the last 24 hours
• Vomiting within the last 24 hours
• Diarrhea within the last 24 hours
• A contagious illness or symptoms that may place others at risk

We ask families to provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Same-day cancellations should be communicated as soon as possible.

Consistent attendance is essential for meaningful progress. Frequent cancellations or no-shows may affect scheduling availability and treatment effectiveness.

Families are encouraged to participate in caregiver training, treatment planning, and ongoing communication with the clinical team.

Yes. Parents receive updates regarding treatment goals, recommendations, and progress throughout services.

Coverage varies by insurance plan. While we verify benefits and obtain authorizations when required, insurance approval does not guarantee payment. Families remain responsible for applicable copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and non-covered services.
